Return policy

Warranty returns

Verkada products come with a warranty of up to 10 years. We will typically ship you the replacement within 24-48 hours once the return merchandise authorization (RMA) form is submitted.

Once you receive the device(s), please package the faulty device(s) in the provided packaging and use the supplied return shipping label to send it back to us. If you are missing your return label, please email returns@verkada.com for a new label.
